Photographer & cinematographer Jay Cavallaro is originally from Manhattan and Westchester County, New York. He studied at the New School in Manhattan and later earned his bachelor’s degree from Bennington College. He has owned and operated his film & video production company, Jumpcut Productions, for the past twelve years. As director, photographer and cinematographer he has worked for a broad range of commercial, corporate and network clients including the BBC, the History Channel, E!TV, ESPN, PBS, Lifetime Television, General Motors, Energizer, Warner Bros., J.P. Morgan and the Orvis Co.
